Place was super clean and had everything we needed for an awesome week.location was great, beds were comfortable and plenty of space in the common rooms to hang out. Would definitely rent again.

My three daughters and their husbands and kids, totally 15 are thankful for this house, pool, grill, and entertainment rooms that made place feel like home for all of us! Beds are great! Kitchen is beautiful too.

The Orlano Dream

This was our 1 big family Florida holiday. The house/Villa is key to the happiness of the holiday. This Villa is just amazing. It’s huge, so clean and just so well appointed. All bedrooms have a great sized bed and shower.area’s. All Appliances are just so easy to use and ithe washing machine is musical. The reunion resort is brilliant. The water park /pool is just awesome, the staff and food there was top notch. I’d recommend this this to anyone who wants a huge clean property, on a fantastic resort only 15 minutes from Disney. Thank you 🙏

Great property...

Overall the property is great. We were a group of 11 and everyone was comfortable. There's 24/7 security patrolling and they are serious about not parking on the street. We were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Additionally, it is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Beware of the Walmart, extremely busy with crazy long lines. The only real con is the pool alarm. The sensors are not aligned correctly and would sounds even when the sliding glass doors were closed in a timely manner.

Big house. Lots of room. The alarm for the patio slider was extremely annoying. If the door wasn’t completely aligned, the alarm would sound. Not sure why they have a screen on that back slider, because you can’t keep the door open!? The heater for the pool also didn’t work. We didn’t call Jeeves, so I can’t complain they didn’t do anything about it, but when the pool guy came to clean, he said it was broke. We just thought it was inefficient. Lastly, the information in the binder left at the home lists the wrong resort that we were suppose to have unlimited access to. When I called Jeeves to confirm, they knew nothing about the amenities of the resort we did have access to…so just be forewarned…

Dear Liza, Firstly, thank you so much for your 5 star review. I am happy you found the home to be big with lots of room. All of our homes on this resort have the back patio alarm in line with the resorts safety policy. These measures in place for the safety of our guests, and if the back patio door is to be left open the alarm will sound. Sorry to hear you had complications with pool. I would ask that you let us know straight away if there's an issue as we would have been able to send someone over to fix it for you. I will send someone out to the home to check the information provided on the local amenities. Thanks for your stay with us and we do hope to welcome you back to Florida again soon.

Super Great (other than toilet paper & lack of flexibility)

Overall we really enjoyed our time at this property! We will likely look to stay again in the future. Only *issues* were that they (1) would not modify our reservation to refund us one night when there was a hurricane that canceled our flights due to the Orlando airport being shut down. They did offer to push back the dates that were originally from thu-sun to fri-mon, however that wouldn't work since we were flying out sun. Definitely get trip insurance if you're coming from a place that you won't be able to access Orlando during a natural disaster as again, they were not accommodating. (2) One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a property that is advertised for up to 12 guests and is not inexpensive either is pretty ridiculous. To be fair, this was explicitly stated on their rental agreement but it's preposterous that for the price of the rental and the amount of guests, they wouldn't include more toilet paper. Safe to say we ran out and we were only there for 2 days.

Unfortunately the reservation change in the time span you requested it was not possible which is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We also clearly state the procedure when hurricanes are in effect. As mentioned in your review we do advise provision of amenities as we only cover basics for up to a maximum of two days. No maintenance

Pool and hot tub were not heated upon arrival as we had pre-arranged. It took several phone calls to have a technician come. He said the settings were not adjusted correctly and turned the heat on. That took up the first evening as the pool was too cold to get into. The next morning, an animal of some sort, perhaps a possum or raccoon defecated in the pool. We called maintenance to ask if they would please come and sterilize the pool and clean the mess. No one came that day at all. We went back again the next day and complained that we had been unable to use the pool since arrival and finally that evening someone came by and shocked the pool, and told us not to get in until the next day . Three of our four days shot with five little children not able to go into the pool. The security gate to get in and out of the neighbourhood was not working. We had to go across the highway to the security gate each time and ask them to come manually open the gate for us, which was extremely inconvenient.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a gated community, and the waterpark that comes with it is amazing. The house was just perfect for our needs. Our kids really enjoyed the slides at the waterpark and my parents enjoyed lounging in the shade watching them. It was a win for us all. The restaurant was delicious and even had live entertainment one night. They also have a kids center with different crafts and activities for extra charge. My kids did a build a bear type experience and it was very affordable- just $25 included the animal plus one outfit. My only critiques are that I would have loved info on where to check in to get the pass for the gated community, and instructions on how to get past the gate the first time- there is an unmanned gate with a place to stick your drivers license in. Not knowing for sure if I was even in the right place, it felt a little scary to put my ID in the machine! I also really dislike the pool alarm. I understand that it's a law, and nothing that could be done about it (although there is also a fence around the pool so perhaps this property could get an exemption?). It was really annoying and you could hear all the alarms going off all down the street at all the different houses as people accidentally set them off all throughout the day. It's really hard to get the sliding doors to line up just perfectly so as to not set off the alarm. Beyond those things though, it was an amazing stay and the way the house is furnished is beautiful and so perfect!
