Downstairs, the expansive kitchen and family room feature a large island with seating for 4, perfect for casual dining and socializing. A large TV, comfortable sofas, and a formal dining table complete this inviting space. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances for home-cooked meals. Sliding doors open to a covered dining area with an outdoor refrigerator, grill, and seating for 6, overlooking the heated private pool and hot tub set against the lush golf course backdrop.

The lower level boasts a Queen bedroom suite with a nearby bathroom, a wine fridge, and an incredible 'pinball' themed arcade room equipped with video games and air hockey.

Upstairs, discover a luxurious Master King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, alongside three additional King bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, a driveway accommodates 2-3 cars with additional street parking available.

Great house! Fun game room! I wish there were cleanup/checkout directions posted on location as we did not know what needed to be done. Also, on the listing it says walking distance to the parks and it is definitely not within walking distance. Overall, Great house! Thank you so much!

Very nice house. Arcade room got alot of use. Unfortunately spa wasnt set properly so unable to use it. Great location, 20 minutes from Disney and 35-40 from Universal depending on traffic. (Listing is very inaccurate about distance to parks) Overall a good stay with timely responses from the mgr.
