Baseventuno is a new apartment complex in a quiet location near Sirmione, comprising of 3 vacation flats total. Apartment Baseventuno 1 is on the ground floor and accommodates 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with two beds pushed together to form a double bed), a bathroom, a living room and a modern kitchen. Other features include wireless Internet access, air conditioning and satellite television. The outdoor area has an enclosed garden with comfortable, reclining chairs and a 11 x 6 m pool, which is shared with the other guests. The nearest beach is just 300 metres away and you are within easy walking distance of a shopping centre, supermarket and a nice selection of restaurants.

Great location as a base to explore Lake Garda region

Pros: The flat had a lot of light, everything you'd need, the pool was nice and it's very close to the lake. Also, Stefano is a great host and always replies super fast if you need anything. We really enjoyed it 😊

Pros: Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. In direkter Nähe gab es einen Mini Market mit allem Nötigen, auch frische Brötchen am Morgen. Die Terrasse war ein schöner Ort zum Frühstücken oder für den Tagesausklang, und der Pool war sauber und gepflegt – perfekt zum Abkühlen nach dem Golfen. Fußläufig gab es zwei sehr gute Restaurants, die wir mehrfach besucht haben. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir im selben Haus zwei Wohnungen nutzen konnten – ideal für unsere Gruppe. Die Unterkunft war ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unseren Herren-Golfurlaub am Gardasee. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
