The house was very nice. The beds need new mattresses. One of the 4 bathrooms is in the kids bunk room, which is a very small room with 4 beds in it and the door doesn't open all the way because its blocked by one of the beds. A short walk to the city park and downtown in a very nice old neighborhood and very quiet.

Thank you for taking the time to review City Beach House. I'm glad you enjoyed the house and the quiet, walkable location near the park and downtown. I'm sorry the mattresses were not comfortable and that the bunk room bathroom layout and door clearance caused inconvenience. We will inspect the mattresses and move forward with replacements as needed, and we’ll review the bunk room layout to ensure the door can open fully and the bathroom is more accessible. Thank you for the helpful feedback — we hope you’ll consider staying with us again.
