This modern apartment boasts a great location. Located right on the beach of Las Marinas, it is also just a stone's throw to the city of Denia. Restaurants and shops are within 500 meters.
It is located on the third floor of a well-kept community with a very large outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool, sunbathing area and children's playground. A fitness room with various sports equipment, as well as a sauna are available for free. An elevator takes you to the apartment, which also has its own underground parking space. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one en suite with whirlpool tub and a bathroom with shower), a living-dining area with satellite TV, WIFI (on request for a fee) and central air conditioning (also in all bedrooms) and a self-contained, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.
From the terrace there is a fantastic sea view - the ideal place for a glass of wine at sunset

Bonito apartamento a pie de playa

Elegí este apartamento por su cercanía a la playa (a 5 minutos andando) y al pueblo (5/10 minutos). No nos ha decepcionado en ningún sentido. Lo mejor, su excepcional limpieza, hasta los utensilios de cocina parecían nuevos, su amplitud y buena temperatura. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias pero, por su buena construcción y ubicación, casi no hizo falta ponerlo más que en las noches de la ola de calor. La piscina es bastante grande y la temperatura del agua ideal. La única pega (por decir alguna) es que la carretera de Las Marinas pasa muy cerca pero eso es algo que la mayoría de apartamentos de Denia de primera línea tienen que "sufrir". La atención de Christianne ha sido también excepcional desde el primer día.

Buen apartamento, buena localización

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo: playa, compra, pueblo... Espectacular vista a playa para estar, comer... Muy recomendable.
