Full size washer and dryer are available for you in the basement. This location is superb, close to Main campus of Miami Valley Hospital, Kettering Hospital, University of Dayton, the Fraze Pavilion is within walking distance and down town is only 4 miles away. 1 car attached garage totally refreshed. We loved staying in Kelli and Newt’s beautiful home. Everything was top-notch, from the location to the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all little details, including locally sourced snacks and beer. Beautifully updated, clean and cozy home in a great neighborhood. Hostess was very responsive- she even got us a coffee maker to use since we prefer brewed coffee to keurig. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ve tried several homes in the area and this one is our favorite by far. We look forward to staying again next year!
