This house is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by all the places we needed to get everything for our stay. We were in town for a family wedding in downtown Dayton, so the location was close to everywhere we needed to be for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Uhler property, has evidence by this is our third or fourth day. And we will be back. Professional and friendly hosts. Great communication, wonderful house, great location, well stocked, immaculately clean!. Definitely you should stay here.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was so cute, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Kelli was such a kind and welcoming host, and her attention to detail truly made our experience special.When we arrived, we were greeted with the sweetest handwritten welcome note and a basket filled with drinks and snacks from a local grocery store. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that immediately made us feel at home. The house itself was lovely, and I have to give a special shoutout to the amazing water pressure in the shower!Kelli was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality and all the little touches that made our visit so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area

Everything was great. We were very busy and not there much but everything was clean and as advertised. Close to stores, coffee shops and a great bakery up the road. I wish we had another night to sit in the yard and BBQ but we had to be back for work. We will try to book again next time we are in the area.

We loved staying in Kelli and Newt’s beautiful home. Everything was top-notch, from the location to the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all little details, including locally sourced snacks and beer. We were in town for my brother’s memorial service, so having a comforting place to stay really made our weekend easier.

Beautifully updated, clean and cozy home in a great neighborhood. Hostess was very responsive- she even got us a coffee maker to use since we prefer brewed coffee to keurig. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ve tried several homes in the area and this one is our favorite by far. We look forward to staying again next year!
