Enjoy beautiful West Kettering location in this completly remodeled home. The bright and airy living room will not disappoint. Chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinetry and all new appliances. The large primary bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, quality bedding, large dresser and double closet. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen size bed, fully appointed, full dresser and single closet. The 3rd bedroom is a bright study with a sofa bed and closet for storage. The bathroom is completely remodeled and comes fully stocked. The private yard has a new patio with table and chairs, umbrella and Weber grill. Full size washer and dryer are available for you in the basement. This location is superb, close to Main campus of Miami Valley Hospital, Kettering Hospital, University of Dayton, the Fraze Pavilion is within walking distance and down town is only 4 miles away. 1 car attached garage totally refreshed. Come enjoy your stay in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Beautifully updated, clean and cozy home in a great neighborhood. Hostess was very responsive- she even got us a coffee maker to use since we prefer brewed coffee to keurig. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ve tried several homes in the area and this one is our favorite by far. We look forward to staying again next year!

We loved staying in Kelli and Newt’s beautiful home. Everything was top-notch, from the location to the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all little details, including locally sourced snacks and beer. We were in town for my brother’s memorial service, so having a comforting place to stay really made our weekend easier.

This was hands down the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Every detail was so well thought out, and the welcome basket with local treats was such a thoughtful touch. Our host was quick to respond with any questions, friendly and very helpful. We’ll always check to see if this home is available when planning future trips Dayton.

Nicely remodeled with everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We used this as our home base while visiting with family. My two grandsons were even able to walk here from their school, which was an extra special time for us. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t feel that anything was lacking. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor area but we were just too busy. Would definitely book again. Very nice neighborhood.

Home away from Home

Perfect in Every Way

This was probably our best property we have stayed! It was exactly what we needed for the 9 nights we stayed. Very clean, comfortable beds, really well stocked with super great amenities. Kelli was a great host and had super communication. The neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very safe. The location was just perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Home Away From Home

Just a fabulous property and terrific hosts. Attention to detail had every amenity one might need. As other reviews have stated the property was immaculate, comfortable, and central to everything we needed in Dayton. Definitely one of the finest, if not the finest property I have used on VRBO. Simply put, stay here.
