Adorable home with a blend of modern upgrades and older charm in a cute neighborhood. Plenty of room and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the home being pet friendly, the dedicated workspace, fenced yard with outdoor patio, responsive host and the beautiful landscaping!

We had a lovely, short stay at this home in Dayton. You could tell it was clearly cared for, clean, beautifully decorated, exactly as the pictures shown, and perfect for our group of four people. Would highly recommend!

One of the nicest houses and areas we have stayed in! This house is so cozy and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable - we slept so soundly every night. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is warm and friendly and safe. The one bathroom worked just fine bc the bedrooms all have mirrors where hair and makeup can be done. This will be the home we rent every time we come to Dayton to visit our family member stationed at Wright Pat AFB. Host is very responsive and kind! Thank you for a lovely trip!

We were in Dayton to attend my Granddaughter’s graduation. This house was absolutely perfect!!! There was plenty of space with a fabulous fenced in backyard! It was nicely decorated and very cozy! We would love to stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The house is nestled in a charming neighborhood where we felt completely safe and at ease. Inside, everything was thoughtfully arranged—comfortable, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Truly an A experience. A Gem Of A Place!

We had a wonderful stay! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable! This home has great character and the decor is just lovely. Our dog especially loved the fenced-in yard, and we all loved the friendly and quiet neighborhood. We hope to have a return visit in the future! This home is a gem of a place!

This rental was PERFECT for my wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I had the best time doing our hair and makeup together here the morning of the wedding! We had plenty of room to sleep and everything was nice and clean upon arrival! Couldn’t have asked for a better/more stress free experience for such a big weekend.

It was amazing!

The property was fantastic and perfectly suited for our needs. Our family of 7 stayed here. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The place was immaculately clean and had everything you need. No detail was left undone. Highly recommend staying at this property!

The house was lovely. Well cared for and fully remodeled. It had everything we needed, even an Alexa which the grandchildren danced to when they asked it to play songs. The neighborhood was nice, plenty of parking on the street, and a great fenced back yard. My only complaint was that the pillows were too fat as I like a fairly flat pillow. Great stay for our family of 9 attending our grandson's graduation.
