Welcome to Chicago! Home of World Series Champs Cubs. Our 1-bedroom/1 bathroom condo is perfect for getaway to Chicago. It's professionally designed with modern furniture that gives welcome feeling! We're located in Trendy Logan Square Designated parking spot is NOT available, but there is plenty of street parking available. Illuminated by sunny natural light, our 1BR features a Queen-size bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while. Enjoy the privacy of your own room, with doors that close and independently controlled air-conditioning units.





The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower! There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you’ll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary decor. The entire place has free, fast WiFi and Chicago sunshine streaming in through the windows.





Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. Appliances include a full-sized fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The only things missing are your favorite farmer’s market finds!!

This was in a perfect location for us doing activities on the north side of town. It was cute, easy to park, and felt safe. As stated in the listing, the heat/air control is outside of this unit and you need to message management to adjust for you. They were VERY responsive to our requests to get it adjusted to our liking (super fast). The mattress is a tempurpedic-type.The listing is very clear that this is a basement apartment and that the ceiling is 5' 8". To clarify, it is 5' 8" in the lowest sections (ie, covered section down center, probably where HVAC or ducts are). So, yes, you wouldn't want to bump into those in the night, but if you are okay ducking on your way into the bathroom and bedroom, you might be fine here. You'd want to clarify with the owner, but I'm guessing the majority is 6 feet.The things to be aware of. This is a building with multiple units and it's an older structure. The floors creek and if those in neighboring units have loud voices, you will hear them. You also may pick up food smells from other units, etc. So, depending on how sensitive you are, something to consider. There are windows that can be opened. And, we always travel with a white noise machine. I do believe there was also a fan and space heater in the unit.

Good Stay with Excellent Host

I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. I was on my own, and the space was ideal for one person—comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in and sharing helpful information.Just a couple of small things to note: the A/C is shared with the rest of the house, so you can’t adjust it yourself, though the host is happy to assist if needed. There was also a fairly loud machine in the unit, likely part of the A/C system.Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend it for short visits

Best for small people and folks who don’t really need to cook

This is a basement unit, and it may be a tight fit for taller people. I am 5’,1” and it was comfortable for me. Being a basement, the floors were a bit uneven, and the apartment was also kept a little too cold at times, but I could have made more of an effort to communicate around that. The fridge is too small and the kitchen is a little understocked for any actual cooking.

Great communication and clean!

Easy check-in and Joan provided everything we needed and more for an extended weekend stay in Chicago! Neighborhood was great for getting around restaurants, bars, and transportation to downtown. My partner and I were both under 5'5" so the basement unit was actually a pretty fun experience. Would definitely recommend!

Nice for a quick getaway

Lovely little spot on quiet street in vibrant Logan Square. Is a basement space, but had good natural light. Ceilings are low, and there's not great soundproofing. I'd definitely stay here again though.
