Worst Experience

I was supposed to have access to the unit at 2:00 pm. I sent a message to the owner around 4:00 pm letting him know we were 15 minutes away. At that point, I got a message saying my booking was cancelled and the “unit was offline.” I called the owner trying to figure out what was going on. He was rude and indifferent about cancelling on me after my rental time had begun. It was a HUGE disaster since we had driven over 4 hours to get there only to find ourselves without a place to stay that night. We ended up paying over $300 for a hotel room that we had to scramble to find. Do NOT book this unit.
