Housepitality - The Restful Studio - Cozy

Summary:

The Restful Studio is an efficient private space to rest and unwind while in the Newark area! Our small studio apartment is attached to the back of our main house. It has its own private bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. There is a private entrance, and parking for 1 car in the back.



The Space:

Our studio has a queen bed, a couch, desk, a Smart TV and seating/dinning area as well. There are a few steps to go up to the kitchenette, and full bathroom. There is a door that separates this apartment from the main house, and that door is always locked from both sides.



Guest Access:

Guest will have private access to the apartment, and have shared access to the front and back yard area. The parking, and driveway is shared with the tenants in the main house. Thank you!



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
