Beachnear Villa with private pool (pool heating) and air condition
Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
- Electricity, water and gas consumption (according to meter reading)
When using the pool heating extra guarantee of 500 € and costs according to consumption.
Between November - May the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas is to pay completely per consumption.
The Space:
Casa Feliz in Moraira:
beachnear exclusive villa with sea views and private pool. A wonderful home with modern architecture, which includes all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.
Very nicely landscaped, well-kept , spacious and fully enclosed and not overlooked pool and garden with a large sun terrace.
The pool is heated and can therefore be used in the winter months. The costs have to be payed extra by the tenant (electricity consumption according to meter ) .
The house has on the ground floor: 1 living -dining room (with air-condition), american kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and on the upper floor ( with internal stairs ) 1 bedroom ( with air conditioning), 1 bathroom en -suite.
From the living-area / kitchen you have access to a spacious dining hall with barbecue and views and access to the pool area.
There are several parking spaces, which are closed by an electric gate. Sea view they has from the small roof terrace.
Washing machine and internet are available for the guests.
Quick Internet per w-lan and there is a sky-receiver available (sky card necessary).
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc. in cash on arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
The house is very centrally located. You can reach supermarket, restaurants shops and the beach within walking distance.
Distance to the sandy beach 2 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky-beach 1 km, supermarket and restaurants 0,6 km; Golf 2 km.
Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
