3Bed, 2Bath villa within walking distance to beach, bars, shops and restaurants

This beautiful private villa is set over 2 levels and offers 172 square metres of living space. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main coastal road.
Downstairs consists of a large lounge with satellite tv and DVD player, opening onto a naya, (outdoor veranda) a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a master bedroom with a full bathroom, dressing area and a safe.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (with twin option available) both open onto a roof terrace, with a further small roof terrace/solarium above offering sea views (accessed by a spiral staircase) A modern family bathroom serves both bedrooms.
(If required there is a roll away bed available and a camping cot.)
All bedrooms have air conditioning units hot and cold. There are double glazed windows throughout the villa with mosquito screens and shutters. Two portable fans are also available.
The villa sits on a generous private 1225 metres squared plot and is accessed by a lockable sliding gate. There is a large driveway for more than 4 cars and a carport.
Mature gardens surround the villa and provide the all important privacy.
The covered naya (veranda) overlooks a great chill out pergola lounge area, which provides shade if required, along with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor sofa and arm chairs, an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs, and bbq. There is another outdoor dining table and chairs situated on the veranda that seats 6+.
The rectangular pool is 8x4 metres (depth 1metre to 2 metres) along with an outdoor shower cubicle and surrounded by great outdoor living space, catering for all day sun.
The villa offers great living space and is close to town, beaches and all amenities including (amongst others) Saen restaurant, which is a 1 minute walk away and Mas-y-Mas supermarket which is an easy stroll from the villa, along with many other excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
Close to beach. (500 metres or 5 minute walk to a pebble beach, 15 minute walk to a sandy beach)
6 sun beds, linen, towels and beach towels provided.
Hairdryers; reading material and children’s board games.
Internet access and satellite TV.

Well located villa with beautiful outdoor areas

We spent 2 weeks staying here and loved every moment. Super villa within walking distance of a large array of good restaurants and shops. The pool, garden and outdoor dining area is a real feature and where we whiled away many a relaxed day.

Great villa with private pool

The villa was spacious, very private and as described. We really loved the pool and would stay again. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and lots more within a 5 minute drive.

Great place to stay - good location

We had a lovely week here with the family. Plenty of room and nice and quite. The communication with Anne was all very good too. The short walking distance to restaurants and supermarket was a big bonus for us not having to drive all the time! Thanks.

We had a wonderful week at this perfect Villa. Everything about the Villa met or exceeded our expectations based on previous excellent reviews. Very detailed guide of the Villa and surrounding areas. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa in a fantastic, quiet location. There are some lovely bars overlooking the med less than 10 mins walk away. Moraira centre is 25 mins walk and there are lots of restaurants en route to there. Fantastic pool. Bigger than most Villa pools, so can get a decent swim in. The Villa is so well equipped, the best equipped we have stayed in.

Happy holidays

This is a lovely villa located in a quiet place but within walking distance to many restaurants and the supermarket. We had a car which was useful to travel into Moraira but we were able to easily book taxis. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage. The pool area had a storage unit which had a good supply of inflatables, toys, beach umbrellas, chairs and shoes etc The owner was easy to contact for any issues which arose and resolved them immediately. We struggled with the mosquitoes but I think this was due to the heat and the lovely garden. This was a perfect place for relaxing and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

Lovely Villa

The villa is lovely and spacious, 3 nice big bedrooms and a big sitting room, enough for 6 of us to watch the World Cup in comfort! Kitchen facilities very good. Pool area great, spent most of our time there, lovely to sit in the evening with a nice cool drink. It took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and about another 15 minutes to walk into Moraira (which is a very nice, pretty little town). We took a taxi to Benidorm - took about 45 minutes each way, 63 euros each way. Worth it though we had a lovely day there. There were six of us but for some strange reason the taxi companies don't do six person taxis, only four! Odd! My only fault with the villa would be the heat in the kitchen/dining room. A fan/air conditioning in there would be nice. Thanks for a lovely stay.

If I could just highlight that the closest restaurant (Satari’s) is a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road, with at least a further 4 restaurants being within at most, a 5 minute walk from the villa. There are 2 portable fans available in the villa which can be used as and where necessary. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for booking.

Absolutely lovely property, we would definitely recommend

We had a lovely relaxing time, everything we needed, supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach within 5-10 walking distance. Anne, the owner, was very attentive in sending welcome emails and recommendations. We liked that we had the ground floor bedroom and bathroom and our teenagers had the top floor, with their own terrace if they wanted space. In all, we loved it and were sad to leave.

We had been to Moraira before but first time staying in Ann’s property. We loved it, it was comfy, so clean and had every possible thing you could need or want. Lots of shade outside was really important to me so you could get out of the sun, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Beautiful villa, ideal location

We have been to quite a few villas in various locations in spain and can honestly say this was without doubt the best yet!! From the minute we booked it we were kept informed by the owner, who continued to be helpful at all times. Plenty of information on the area, places to eat etc, which we tried and enjoyed. Also plenty of information on each appliance in the villa. It was like a home from home with every possible thing catered for. Even though the pictures made it look really lovely, it was even better in reality. Most things you could want, supermarkets, bars, restaurants were all within walking distance. Moraira and El Portets had lovely beaches , however it was enough if you wanted to just relax at the villa. We would recommend this villa without question. You can't go wrong. Many thanks for allowing us to use your truly lovely villa. We had a great time. Ian, Ann & family. North Wales.

We had a lovely holiday here, the villa met all our needs as a family with 3 young children. There's restaurants in a 5 minute walking distance, a supermarket and we walked to the beach and main town in 15-20 minutes. It's on a quiet road, we slept well and cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. The villa was clean and comfortable, with nice outdoor space (sun loungers and furniture) and pool . Moraira itself is a pleasant town and the sandy beaches are good. Booking was easy and the owner helpful.

Very impressed with this villa, close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants and the sea. The outdoor space is great with plenty of room around the pool and huge partially covered patio with good BBQ. Never had a villa so well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. Lovely beaches and Moraira centre a short drive away. El Portet beach is great and suitable for all ages with good beachfront restaurant/bar. Villa is nicely tucked away and free from road noise and generally a peaceful spot. A home away from home - great value for money!

We have been holidaying as a family in Moraira for the past 25 years and love this part of Spain!

Why they chose this property

As a family we love this villa so much that we went from renting it for 20 years, to buying it! This property is ideal for a great get away for both family and friends.
Moraira is a beautiful place to holiday and a relatively unspoilt gem found in Costa Blanca. There are several 'Blue Flag' beaches within walking distance. Lifeguards and First Aiders are on duty during the summer season on every beach and loungers and parasols can be hired. There are cafes, bars and restaurants with views over the beaches, so it is easy to enjoy a quiet drink in the sun whilst watching the world go by!
Perfect if you just want to relax in the tranquil surroundings of the villa or explore the many wonderful places nearby.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, accessed by a rolling lockable gate which offers the desired privacy and security. It is just a few minutes from the main coastal road and all amenities. Most places can be accessed on foot. The location is great if you wish to eat out without the need to hire a taxi.
The villa is surrounded by gardens and has a wall surrounding the perimeter. It offers both sun and shade, with the large and very private sun bathing area around the private pool; the chill out pergola area and the covered veranda (naya) which overlooks the pool, sunbathing area and pergola.
Moraira lies in a bay on the South Eastern coast of Spain between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, just over 1 hour from Alicante airport and 11/2 hours from Valencia airport, with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.
The town has grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe.
