Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully remodeled and ready for guest. Placed inside the city limits of Concord NC. close to the home of Nascar, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte dirt track, ZMax Dragway. Close to Concord Mills Mall and PNC Music Pavilion. 12 miles to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. 6 miles from Cabarrus Arena and Event Center. From 2-30 miles there over 100 wineries and breweries to visit from this home
We do except dogs for an extra $75. The property is not fully fenced so leashes are recommended and one is provided. The fee will be automatically added when the box is checked under amount of traveler's section. We also have a vehicle on Turo if you are interested let me know.

You guys really roll out the red carpet for your guests!! Everything was perfect! So many personal touches that made it such a great stay! The location was great & all the tv’s had top-tier subscriptions (Netflix & YouTubeTv), kitchen & laundry room was fully stocked, even had some games for us to enjoy!! Everything was so modernized, clean and extra neat! They even left fresh flowers in every room PLUS a dozen of the best donuts I’ve ever tasted! 10/10, we will be back!! Best experience using VRBO by far!!

Our stay at Concord Cozy Cottage was exceptional. The house is modern and comfortable, with incredibly clean facilities and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom are fully stocked for your stay and the hosts even left some snacks, fresh flowers, and a lovely note. We stayed with our two pups and the home was perfect for us, with a spare leash and poop bags provided as well. We will absolutely be returning! Donna was a great host, incredibly welcoming and communicative.

This is our third stay and we absolutely the cleanliness along with the many special touches even down to Christmas tissue wrapped in green tissue paper! It is the perfect size for is and we love all the extras in snacks, fresh fruit and flowers!! Getting in and out is super easy and accessible!! The hosts are always available and responsive when questions arise. They could lead classes on how to be the BEST hosts for VRBO!!!! It is VERY cozy!! We look forward to booking again!!

The cottage is named exactly right “COZY”. It is very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.I happened to be there in the fall and it was decorated with seasonal decorations. A very cute addition.Would I stay here again? Oh yes, in a heartbeat.
