The master suite features a king-sized bed, a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub in the attached bathroom, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a sliding glass door to the beach facing patio. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds which are well suited for additional couples or children in your party. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal. Six people can sit comfortably at the dining room table. In addition to a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private patio, the living room also has a comfy sofa, an over-sized chair, and recliner. For additional entertainment, there is a 65" Smart TV also. This unit is perfect for those that want the convenience of the beach and pool just steps from your back door. No stairs or elevators, ever, and an easy view of your crew from the shaded patio. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed.
