Enjoy your vacation on the Island of the Gods in this fantastic villa!
We look after our villa ourselves and ensure that it is always well maintained.
The villa is equipped with back-friendly mattresses.
There are new windows with fly screens throughout the house and the bedrooms also have shutters. The pool is equipped with stairs and tiled with light mosaic tiles.

This stone house, built in a traditional style, is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, approx. 5 km from the town of Rethymnon. It is located on a plot of approximately 500 m² with wonderful views of the sea and the White Mountains. Villa Sifina has a living space of approx. 80 m² and is suitable for 4-5 people (5th person on sofa or extra bed).

The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and guarantees a high level of living comfort. All rooms are equipped with wooden beamed ceilings and some stone pictures and stone niches are integrated into the walls.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, which is separated from the living room by an arch. In the living room with air conditioning you will find a flat screen TV with satellite reception (approx. 50 German channels), stereo system with CD player, as well as a DVD player and DVDs and books. Internet access is available via a fixed Internet connection with WLAN (flat rate).

The villa is comfortably furnished.
Through a passage you reach the daylight bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/toilet, large washbasin and hairdryer. There is also a bedroom (1xDB) with TV, AC and built-in wardrobe with safe. A staircase takes you to the 1st floor where there is another bedroom (1x DB) with built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, television and an en suite bathroom with toilet and vanity. The bedrooms can be darkened. From this bedroom you have access to the upper terrace (approx. 35 m²), which is equipped with high-quality loungers and exclusive lounge furniture. Half of it is covered with a pergola. Underfloor heating (payable on site) ensures further comfort, which also makes the house interesting for long-term vacationers in the colder months. The villa is of course equipped with bathrobes, towels, shower towels, pool towels and bed linen. (Baby bed and high chair available if required)

A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.
For stays of more than 7 nights, an interim cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included.

In the garden there is an approximately 35 m² swimming pool with loungers, parasols and a terrace with garden furniture, as well as an outdoor shower.

You can reach the nearest beach after approx. 3 km. There are taverns and two mini markets in town. In the town of Atsipopolo, about 2 km, there are also mini markets, super markets, excellent bakers and taverns.

There is a bus connection from Prines to Rethymnon. A car is recommended to explore the wonderful surroundings.

**07.11. - 30.04. the prices are without electricity! Electricity is charged extra based on consumption. Price on request. Heating oil for the floor heating is also charged extra based on the daily price.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

In the winter prices, from November 7th. The final cleaning is included in the price until the end of April. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this time, but can be arranged and will then be charged additionally.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
