Casa Vanness is located in Cabo San Lucas on the beautiful marina with a nice rooftop pool. Large open 646SF studio that faces marina, fully renovated suite w/a very comfy king bed & fold out futon. You can walk to safe swimmable Medano Beach & downtown (Cabo Wabo, Squid Roe,& more). Condo is in Marina Cabo Plaza next to new Breathless Resort and directly across from The Hacienda (high end property) which are both on Medano Beach, safe swimmable beach. We have (3) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, TB umbrella and coolers. You can walk most everywhere!

Very Noisy and overpriced

The location for this property is extremely convenient and we loved that. The beach is about a five minute walk as well as mall and different places to eat all in close distance. The beach is nice but not relaxing as many peddlers every couple minutes. Could have been the time of year we went. Keep in mind no elevators and you have to hike your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. This was a an old studio that reeked of chemical cleaning solutions and heavy laundry detergent permeated throughout the studio. You can hear the partying until around 3am and then the fisherman come in at about 5:30am with loud music /conversations and you can hear everything from outside. There are so many other options for a better price.

Hello, welcome to Cabo. It's not always quiet at night during Spring Break or other busy parts of the year. Please look at my previous reviews and you will see mostly 4.6 reviews. 90% of my books are through Airbb. Spring Break is very busy and most places are sold out in town just like other Mexican cities. I do have noted there is no elevator with stairs (35ish). Sorry you didn't read that. The studio was completely renovated less than 10 years ago. The building itself has been around for a long time, prime location! I've never had a complaint about the cleaning supplies. We allowed this guest to check in early and condo had probably just been cleaned. Maybe I should add that the condo could smell like cleaning supplies upon check in? I highly recommend next time you travel that you don't stay in a marina with boats, in a downtown area, travel during spring break, and not stay in the heart of everything. I get so many compliments from guests stating how much they enjoy watching the boats come in/out and just being on the water. Sorry you didn't have the best experience as you chose the wrong location for sure. $900 for 6 nights for Spring Break well anytime in March is a good price. I wish VRBO didn’t charge so much to the renters.
