This is a great unit in the best condo building - sits right between Medano Beach and the Marina, the only two places we care to be. Unit is clean, has a great view, is comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great time at the marina!

My husband and I had the best time staying here for a few days. We loved the easy walk to nearby bars, restaurants and the beach. We took a couple of boat trips (saw a TON of whales and dolphins) and a day trip to Todos Santos. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to go back. The check-in process was incredibly easy, the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great Location

We stayed for 8 days at the end of April. We walked everywhere never needed a car or Uber to get places. We would stay here again in the future. It was quiet and secure, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect!

Just got done staying at mikes place and it is quite simply put a perfect place to stay. Its walking distance to the best beaches, shopping, and nightlife. Aside from the condo I think Mike does an excellent job of satisfying the tenants. I will most certainly come back to stay again

Hola Steven, Before I go any further, a big congratulations is due to you and your Brother for competing and finishing in the first Cabo Ironman Triathlon - that's one heck of an accomplishment! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the room and the location. I like to think for the location, price, and the clean rooms, it's a win, win, win combination! Not to mention, I do enjoy sharing any Cabo insight I may have. If by chance I'm in town for your next visit, I'll have to share my favorite hill in Pedegral for some Hill Repeats! Cheers - Mike

Marina view

Room was better than we expected, totally redone. The deck was big and great for sitting out to have breakfast and later for happy hr. Just watchin the boats go by, and amazing after dark listening to music from the clubs in the distance. Great excess to beach , bars restaurants. Would stay again for sure. Host Mike was great with giving us A run down in E- mails on what to expect prior to trip. Top marks for location

Hola Martin, Outstanding to hear you enjoyed our top to bottom remodel of this unit. You are certainly right about that view, one can never "tire" of watching the Marina Life from our front row vantage point. Just think, next time you stay with us, our complex rooftop pool will be completed!

Marina home base

Mike’s place was great as a home base for my wife and I to explore the Marina together for a few days after a friend’s wedding a few miles north. The renovated interior, large balcony, pool deck, and central location were all impressive. My only complaint probably applies to all properties near the Marina, but the noise from the nightclubs carries surprisingly far and until 3am, some of which we could still hear with the doors closed, but not enough to keep us awake after busy days exploring the area.

Hola Folks - No better feeling than when I hear how much our Guest enjoyed not only their stay in our Studio, but how thoroughly enjoyed the Cabo Vibe in whole. I agree, our location is pretty darn central to everything in downtown area of Cabo. In regards to answering your questions quickly, when not in Cabo, the next best thing for me is to be able to talk "Cabo", so thank you for the opportunity! Until next time :) Mike
