We had a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom Hoboken apartment. It was very spacious and accommodating with a very large kitchen and comfortable living room and plenty of beds for our large group. The close proximity to NYC was a huge bonus as we were sight seeing in the city every day. We looked forward to relaxing in the evenings in this very neat, clean pretty apartment in the heart of Hoboken. We would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to others and hope to stay there again!!

Not a big deal but..

Enjoyed my stay! .It would of been more enjoyable if there was some foods such as coffee cream snacks and more towels but over all would stay again.

Great neighborhood, house needs attention

This is a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city. It was a great location. The house itself is really run down, out dated, and needs to be cleaned in several areas. The oven hood and surrounding walls were so dirty and covered in old food, the microwave didn’t work and the fridge was barely cold. The bathtub was very gross, the walls are dirty and in need of repair. You must use indoor stairs to get up to the apartment and the stairs are very dirty, worn, old and an unsafe trip hazard. We were a little worried about the security of the doors and windows and I’m sure they could have been opened by a stranger at any point simply by pushing hard enough. This property needs a lot of attention, repairs and updates before it should be listed on VRBO again.

Completely Deceiving!

Property: The apartment did not look like the pictures at all. When we walked in immediately there was a strange odor. Almost as if someone had been working out in the apartment just before we walked in. The lamp above the stove was broken and hanging down. The refrigerator was half working as it took a very long time to make anything cold. One of the bed in the room had a broken bed frame. Instead of the property manager fixing it they put a piece of plywood down which fell as soon as any weight was place on it. The tub was badly chipped none of us felt comfortable using it. The was no parking which was difficult because everything around was permit only Property Manager: the morning of our check in he asked we what time we were coming. I was under the impression that we were not allowed to come earlier than the give time which was at 3pm. During the day he made it seem like we could come earlier but when we needed to there was a break of in communication. After finally asking for the check in information multiple times he gave it to me at 3pm, the original check in time. Since getting there and parking was very confusing i tried to call and send messages to him but there was never a response. The pictures on the app were nothing like the actual apartment. Until it is upgraded and cleaned properly i do not recommend this property.

Désillusion

L'appartement est sale, il manque de tout, par air conditionné pour avoir de l'air frais les fenêtres n'ouvrent, ou des troues énorme dans le moustiquaire. Pas de grille pain pour les déjeuner. pas de débarbouillette. La salle de bain est pleine de moisissures, le bain est dégueulasse, la cuisine est sale et graisseuse. Le bruit qui vient directement du couloir et des escaliers quand vous couchez dans la petite chambre comme si ils étaient dans la pièce que vous. Aucune insonorisation des fenêtres vous entendez le bruit de la rue la nuit comme une simple voiture qui passe. Un des lits de la grande chambre est brisé donc vous roulez dans le milieu. Aucune ventilation et si vous ouvrez fenêtre côté cuisine vous avez directement l'odeur de cuisson et de graisse de la pizzéria juste à côté.Ne louez pas passé votre chemin.
