Our family of seven had a very good three night stay here. We found ourselves in a safe, convenient, and walkable area of Hoboken. CVS & several casual restaurants very close by- This is a townhouse that has an entrance ground floor. - Second floor has an eat-in kitchen, laundry, full bath with walk-in shower- Third floor has two bedrooms and a full bath - Fourth floor Rooftop deck with nice lounge furniture

We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. These details should be listed on property information.

Regarding parking, we do note in our listing that the on-site garage is best suited for regular or smaller-sized vehicles. Many of our guests with standard cars have used it without issue. Additionally, we provide information about nearby parking options, including those within walking distance, some of which may have associated fees, again, as described in the listing. We strive to be as transparent and detailed as possible so guests can make informed decisions prior to booking.
