6 bedroom, 6 bathroom: with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on each level, this home ensures spacious comfort for all guests. Upstairs, large windows frame the panoramic views of Gulf off in the distance, providing a perfect backdrop to the luxurious finishes.

Upstairs Living Space: The brand new, fully stocked kitchen is a culinary haven with state-of-the-art appliances and incredible water views. Prepare delicious meals while enjoying the soothing sounds of the bay. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are designed for relaxation, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

House was wonderful! Rooms were all perfect and separate downstairs was quite nice for a second family to have their own space. Pool was tremendous. The kids hardly left it! Highly recommend Enzos for a meal. Just down the road and delicious!

We loved this place, the only thing that was a little tricky was that you can't get from the top to the bottom "inside" you have to use the un-covered outside stairs 24/7. We didn't mind though, it was amazing, clean, and bright and airy, even better than the pics.

Summer vacation in Bonita Springs

We traveled with 3 families for a week in Bonita Springs. We all enjoyed this well equipped house on the bay. The back deck, pool and hot tub are perfect for a large group and were in constant use. Minutes from the beaches this house had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and bags of ice. Very fun and relaxing week. We miss it already.

The property is beautiful with every amenity for a perfect family/friend getaway to beautiful Bonita Springs/Naples Florida! The views of the bay and sunsets are fantastic and being right on the bay water allowed us to fish and interact with wildlife like dolphins and sea otters, right at our dock! Minutes from great restaurants and Bonita Beach. The gated back area with pool/hot tub were a great finish to any day! Bikes, games, a fire pit and beautiful back yard were perfect for the kids! Highly recommend spending your vacation here!
