The main level has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom just off the living room. Downstairs in the lower-level there is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with one full and one twin bed, and a full bathroom.

The living room showcases a beautiful mantle around the fireplace and comfortable seating for family or friends. The home is appointed with original hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, a cozy dining nook, and a laundry-room with washer and dryer.

This home boasts all the conveniences of home including free laundry, super fast wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, a large smart TV with a YouTube TV subscription, keurig & drip coffee maker with complimentary locally roasted Sorbenots coffee, and dedicated parking in the driveway or on the street.
