The 49 m² apartment in the 1st. Floor, (non-smoking, no animals) in the small hallway with 4 residential units, comprises living / bedroom. Nursery, kitchen and bathroom. Balcony with furniture.
Living / sleeping room:
Is equipped with double bed (no Murphy bed), dining area, sofa and armchairs, TV, DVD player, small stereo system and cabinets for your personal belongings.
Nursery:
Here are a bunk bed and a single bed available. Also a TV, a cloakroom and a lockable chest of drawers.
Equipped kitchen:
With fridge / freezer, microwave, 4Plattenherd with oven, dishwasher and dishes, cutlery and pots. Also toaster, egg cooker and kettle.
Bath:
Shower, mirror cabinet, hair dryer and vanity unit. A water heater provides hot water.
Further equipment:

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung und sauber. Ganz besonders ist uns aufgefallen das viele kleine Details vorhanden sind, genug Steckdosen, Schränke und Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher. Das WLan ist gut und schnell. Gerne merken wir uns die Wohnung für den nächsten Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Bis auf ein paar kleine Spinnenweben am Fenster im Schlaf-/Kinderzimmer war alles sehr sauber. Dieses Zimmer hat eine elektr. Außenschalousie, die sehr gut abdunkelt und vom Wohnzimmer aus gesteuert wird....sehr hilfreich, wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Hinter dem Haus gibt es eine Rasenfläche, die prima für Fußball o.ä. genutzt werden kann und die man vom Balkon aus gut im Auge hat. Einzig ein Insektenschutz zum Balkon hat uns gefehlt. Für den Service vor Ort gab es nur 3 Sterne, da wir nichts benötigt haben und es daher nicht beurteilen können. Die Lage zum Strand & Yachthafen ist perfekt.
