Never rented before summer '22, all new furnishings in June 2022! Four cruiser bikes included in rental.

NEW POOL that was installed in Spring 2023!

Located in Seagrove, Casa Rubia is a well-appointed one story 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home, just off of 30A on a quiet street that is only steps away from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach. Walk or bike to nearby shops and dining in Seagrove, Seaside and Watercolor. Charcoal grill included for a quiet night at home.

Upon entering Casa Rubia through a charming gate and courtyard, you’re greeted inside with open living, dining and kitchen spaces with vaulted ceilings. The living room offers ample comfortable seating for the entire family with a flat screen TV that is hung above a gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes bar top seating for 3, and the dining space seats 8 guests. Access to the screened-in porch is just off the kitchen and family room, where an outdoor shower is located and you can enjoy outdoor living and dining.

Two of the three bedrooms are down the hallway off the family room – master bedroom #1 is a spacious room that includes vaulted ceilings, king bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite master bath. Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and closet. The guest bathroom is directly next to guest bedroom #2 and includes a walk-in shower and single vanity. Guest bedroom #3 includes two sets of single bunk beds, flat screen TV and closet.

Public beach access is a 5 minute walk from the house, or a short bike ride or drive. https://sowal.com/place/san-juan-access

Walk or bike to fine dining and shopping along 30A - visit and explore nearby Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach.

**LOW MONTHLY WINTER RATES**
Snowbird season runs January-February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for January-February is $4,500 per month + taxes/fees.

Cozy house on a quiet street

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was cozy and the street was quiet (for the offseason at least). The heated pool was wonderful when it was too chilly and windy for the beach

Great stay in a terrific location!

Great location for the beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. Our family enjoyed this comfortable home and the heated pool. Owners are very responsive. There was a small issue with the pool and they had pool guy out the following morning. We will stay here again!

Great family house!

The house was spacious, clean, we loved the open floor plan and the back screened in porch going out the pool was so nice. Our kids had a blast in the pool, especially since it’s only 3ft deep. Very convenient and close to everything, the beach is a short walk away. We loved this house! The owners were great with communication as well!

Before winter getaway

The weather was perfect the whole time. The house is on a quiet street and very close to the beach. The beach was clean and never crowded. The house was very comfortable and family friendly. I would definitely recommend it!

Great 30A Hot Spot

Super close to Seaside but just far enough away from the crowds. Host was very responsive to all of our questions and the home was lovely It was nice to have the private pool and screened in porch - and still easily walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful getaway!

We fell in love with 30A when we first visited 2 years ago and Casa Rubia solidified that! Our stay was perfect for our 2 young kids and my best friend who was traveling with my husband and me. We loved the size of the house for close quartering to the littles but without being on top of each other or interfering with the kids sleeping. The pool was perfect size for the 5 of us to cool off after a short walk back from the beach. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of linens and towels for everyone. We did bring a few extra trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels but such should be expected when spending a week somewhere. The drive to Publix, shops, restaurants, etc. is very convenient. We were able to visit Seaside, the Big Chill, and even Rosemary for a day without any major traffic or time in the car. We would gladly stay at Casa Rubia again! Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Loved it!!

The house was very clean! It fit our needs perfectly!! The availability of the bikes as well as beach chairs and towels was awesome! The location was perfect - short walk to the beach! Easy communication!! One thing - wish the pool was a bit bigger but overall would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family!!

Perfection

Casa Rubia is the perfect place to stay if you want a stunningly beautiful coastal cottage less than a minute from the beach! The house is amazing, bed and bed linens so comfortable and private back yard is so serene! Just a short walk or bike ride (bikes provided) from 2 great beach access points, San Juan (public assess with lifeguard and bathrooms) or more quiet beach front (Dothan) we preferred Dothan. It was perfect! The house does have beach chairs but if you want beach chair service both access points can help you with that. The home owners are so very helpful with reservations and all you need to know to navigate the area. I highly recommend this rental property!

Perfect House

Great house and location! we loved the bikes and the beach chairs! We were lucky enough to see some baby deer in the backyard one morning! Stacy was great to communicate with and very helpful! We will definitely stay again!
