Completely remodeled and redecorated from top to bottom, everything is new. Starting with the enlarged and covered, private, master bedroom balcony, we didn't stop until all rooms were updated. The 'all new' list includes: Bathrooms, appliances, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, reconfigured laundry room, tankless hot water heater, tile, fans and lighting, wainscoting, closet and pantry systems, carpet, paint, hardwood floors and hardware. You've got to see it to believe it!

Non-shedding, dogs under 40lbs with extremely diligent owners will be considered with a $250 pet fee. Occasionally 2 very small dogs may be allowed with a second pet fee. Fun and Games is located in the highly desirable, family friendly, gated community of Summers Edge in Seagrove Beach. South of Scenic Hwy 30A, the location provides carefree beach and pool access in a bike and pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Located adjacent to the 18 mile bike path running the length of Hwy 30A, bike trips to restaurants, shops, Seaside and Watercolor are a breeze. The new Greenway Station with shops and restaurants is right across the street from Summer's Edge. The neighborhood has 2 beautiful pools (1 heated seasonally) and a charming dedicated beach access (no private beach concerns) all within 150 yards (5 minute walk) of the house with no busy streets to cross. The very large Eastern Lake Public Beach access is also in our neighborhood so you have 2 beach access options.

Inside and out, 'Fun and Games' is your perfect beach retreat, ideal for families or couples. The screened front porch with double mahogany doors is the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon chats, and evening cocktails. Inside you will find a Pottery Barn perfect, large great room with double ceiling fans. With room for everyone, enjoy family movie night or choose from the extensive supply of games and start a family game night tradition. The spacious, meticulously stocked, cooks kitchen overlooks the great room so no one is left out. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, ample room for multiple cooks, and a large pantry. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the large breakfast bar seats 4 more. We have also provided a Weber gas grill outdoors for your grilling needs.

The master bedroom makes up the entire second floor, making it your own private retreat. It has an extremely comfortable king sized bed, large walk in closet, personal TV, a beautiful writing desk and a reading chair with ottoman. French doors open on to a private outdoor deck with a bar height table and chairs. The spacious master bath has double sinks and a very large shower. The master retreat is your own special vacation.

The 2 additional charming bedrooms are on the main floor and they share a Jack and Jill bath. The first bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle (3 twins) and a double bed. The closet in this room has been organized to efficiently hold clothes for several children and there is a personal TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a personal TV. The large Jack and Jill bath has double sinks and a bathtub/shower. All bedrooms have personal TVs and ceiling fans.

Additionally, downstairs there is a full laundry room and a separate powder room off the kitchen.

Outdoors there is a wonderful, large and private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It is heavenly on warm days, cool days and even in the rain! Once you try it, you will be hooked.

Seagrove Beach is in the heart of the beautiful 18 mile stretch of the Gulf commonly know as 30A. With its pristine, sugar sand, uncrowded beaches and rare fresh water lakes the area is pure unspoiled Florida, a beach lovers dream and a nature lovers fantasy. There are many authentic beach towns to explore along Scenic Hwy 30A, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, just to name a few. Outstanding restaurants, unique shops, farmers markets and the friendly locals can keep your non-beach hours full, and I almost forgot to mention free outdoor concerts, free outdoor movies on the lawn, and outdoor plays. Note: Primary renter must be 28+ years old and will be required to provide a copy of their valid Drivers License/ID immediately after booking. Primary renter must stay on the premises for the duration of the booking. The amenities in our community are accessed via a FOB system. Exterior security camera may be present on the property. Golf cart rentals prohibited in the neighborhood.
