Didn’t even up staying here

I booked this property back in March for a trip in mid September. I flew 25 hours with hardly any sleep from Alaska to Nashville then drove to Louisville. I had messaged the host days prior asking about early check in but heard nothing. The day of check in I ended up calling him about 2 hours before check in cause I hadn’t heard anything about how to get in the place and he asked if I’d sent him ID. I said no cause I hadn’t received instruction to do so. He told me he’d call me back. We hadn’t heard anything. I tried to look in the VRBO app how to send a picture but I couldn’t find it. About 15 mins before check in I called him again and he was rude telling me he was driving. We were just tired and wanted to go to bed at this point. He hung up and texted me that he was having trouble with the VRBO app and didn’t see my reservation. A reservation that he ACCEPTED back in March. I texted him a screenshot of the booking that I had of the property and he never replied to me after that. So within 10 minutes before check in, driving on the highway, I had to book a hotel to stay at instead. I ended up getting a refund days later. The only reason I’m reviewing him was because it said he reviewed me and won’t let me see what it said unless I reviewed so that’s my experience.

I am thrilled to host you.. and everything is ready for your visit because I prepared each listing before I left.. these are self cleaning units now.. so I really need the assistance to leave each unit just as it was found for the next guest.. then I refund the cleaning fee directly to you.. you save money and I am happy.. is this agreeable with you? I have all the products supplied, sweeper, washer dryer everything.. and duplicate sheets towels wash clothes etc. But I am not able to find anyone to tend these units now.
