Located in Sellersburg, enjoy this WKU themed Sportsman's Dream1-bedroom Polebarn efficiency apartment that has all the amenities of home in a private country setting that is only 15 minutes from downtown Louisville & 20 minutes from Churchill Downs.

This beautiful 1,000 sq ft space features a cozy queen bed, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and essential amenities like a Keurig Coffee Maker with a variety of supplied K-cup pods,hair dryer, fridgerator, microwave and dishes.

The living room has movie theater seating with reclining chairs & 86" TV for your enjoyment.
The bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a new mattress & pillows along with a 55" TV, ample storage and closet.

The TV package in both rooms includes Hulu, Disney, Peacock & Netflix.

I'll be available to assist with in any needs you may have during your stay as we live in the main house on the property.

If requested we can do your laundry for a small fee.

If your a dog lover we have 2 beautiful St. Bernards that'll you see roaming the property from time to time.

You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
