The house was excellent, exactly as described. The location was very good for everyone in my family as we had some of us going to UWF and some to the beach. I was really amazed at how peaceful the backyard was. Laura was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again.

This property remains my absolute favorite when I visit my daughter who attends UWF. The host is kind, considerate, and responsive. The property is located mins away from the campus and no longer than a 20-30 min drive to the beach. If you are looking for an immaculate home with comfortable accommodations and amenities (such as TVs) in every room….book this home. You won’t regret it

We chose this Vrbo property because it was close to where my husband's mother lives in Azalea Trace, less than a five minute drive and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house met all our needs and exceeded expectations. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows, and we appreciated the coffee, bottled water and other amenities provided. The backyard was under construction with what looks like will be an incredible space for lounging (we spent most of our time away from the house so it wasn't a problem). Communication with the host was one of the best we've had - we highly recommend this property.

Great Spot Close to UWF

We had a great time on our recent trip to visit our daughter who attends UWF. The home was perfect and we can’t wait to come back. The host was very attentive. Can’t recommend enough!

LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE!

We really enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. Loved the decorations. My family loved it. We'll definitely stay again. Laura did everything to ensure our stay would be great and made communicating with her really easy. Definitely recommend others to stay. Great place for the price.

This home is awesome!!! There are tvs everywhere, which is a rare find in rental home. The home is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. It's located on a quiet street and is a short drive to everything you may want to do in Pensacola.

My absolute favorite place to stay in Pensacola

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints. The outside is very well maintained. It has a beautiful backyard perfect for relaxing with a large porch and lots of seating. The inside is clean and the amenities are plentiful. To top it off the host is amazing. She attentive, kind, and always available.

Exactly as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. I have rented many homes through VRBO and this has to be the most visitor friendly home we have stayed in. We were in the area for family visitation and so we stayed in most of the time. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the house was decorated nicely. We especially enjoyed grilling fresh seafood and eating in the outdoor patio area. Thank you for everything!

Exceptional rental for UWF move in

Let me start by saying WOW! A clean and beautifully maintained home. It was comfortable and the perfect answer for our family as we moved our son into his new semester at UWF. The host was so responsive and kind. All the amenities you could need. (She had me at coffee). A true gem if you are staying in the Pensacola area.
