The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Check out time is 11:00am. If you would like to request a late check out please text 435.599.2533 for availability.
2. Make sure all the windows are locked and leave the window blinds closed.
3. Make sure the doors are all locked, the extra keys are left on the key rack.
4. If you used the barbecue make sure the valve on the propane tank is turned to the off and the grill is clean.
5. Collect all your garbage and leave it in bags inside by the front door. If you have more than one bag please take your trash to the Duck Creek Village trash bins near the ace hardware
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Send a picture of any damage or issues on the day you arrive.
No smoking in the cabin or on the deck. Signs of smoking will forfeit security deposit.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the cabin. Please do not block or tamper with them. They are for your protection as well as the cabins.
No wood burning fires on the premises except in designated areas.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful, great decor, clean, comfortable, and has a private front territory. The host was great at communicating and friendly. Definitely, the cabin is in the top list!
It was our second time staying at this cabin and it was just as great as the first time. You cannot beat the location, layout is comfortable, and we had everything we needed to accommodate our family. Can’t wait to go back.
Remote and Beautiful site and comfortable house. Enjoyed our stay. We were gone to the parks tge entire day, but this was a nice central place to come back to.
