The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Check out time is 11:00am. If you would like to request a late check out please text 435.599.2533 for availability. 2. Make sure all the windows are locked and leave the window blinds closed.
3. Make sure the doors are all locked, the extra keys are left on the key rack. 4. If you used the barbecue make sure the valve on the propane tank is turned to the off and the grill is clean.
5. Collect all your garbage and leave it in bags inside by the front door. If you have more than one bag please take your trash to the Duck Creek Village trash bins near the ace hardware
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Send a picture of any damage or issues on the day you arrive. No smoking in the cabin or on the deck. Signs of smoking will forfeit security deposit.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the cabin. Please do not block or tamper with them. They are for your protection as well as the cabins.
No wood burning fires on the premises except in designated areas.

We had a great time! The host Jeff was great. The cabin is perfect, beautiful location, plenty of room, clean. Duck Creek is adorable, lots of food options. We will definitely come back. The house was perfect. Great for our dogs with lots of privacy. The house was very clean and the kitchen cook wear was in great shape. Barbeque was also clean and good to use. Plenty of wildlife around and a peaceful quite neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Very secluded with tons of wildlife coming to the property. The inside and outside were very clean and well prepped before our arrival. The host had great communication and was very quick to respond to an issue we had (not of the hosts fault). Everything was beyond our expectations and we will be back!

My wife and I were.celebrating our 43 rd anniversary at this cabin. Although the cabin provided almost eight sleeping quarters, we were happy to have a nice ding room. Bathroom and bedroom on the same floor as the family room. Very open plan and entertaining deck surround. Plenty of birds And a few deer if you are observing. Very clean and recommend this solitude to anyone that needs relaxation .RH Las Vegas Developer
