The Space:

This spacious 6000 sq. foot house features a private heated pool & hot tub, wrap around balconies, two living rooms, large open kitchen with two dishwashers, and a foosball table.



FIRST FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, large kitchen/dining/living room, laundry room, and half bath

SECOND FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd king bedroom, bunk room, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom

THIRD FLOOR- 2 king bedrooms with private bathroom, 3rd king bedroom, bunk room, full bathroom

The pool is gated:

$175 heated pool fee

$75 heated spa

Minimum age requirement - 25 years old

This home does not have an elevator, and guests will need to climb stairs to be able access the multi-living floors.

Beautiful home

We stayed at Angelfish with a total of 16 people and had plenty of room and beds. Short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants walking distance. Pool was good size for us as well.

Great House!

Our group loved the pool and spa! It was so nice to come back after a few hours at the beach and relax at the pool. Perfect size and very clean! The whole outside area was superb. House is beautiful and really enjoyed our stay there! Beach access is close enough to walk. Putt putt golf across the street. Restaurants within walking distance! Overall, a lovely place.

Great Property and location!

Great property with plenty of room for large groups. Loved having baths attached to all the (king) bedrooms. The beds were actually comfortable and the home is well furnished. (Having 2 dishwashers was clutch!) The home is walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. The heated pool and hot tub saved us on the cooler days of our trip when the beach wasn’t happening. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again!

Roomy and in a good location

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and roomy. The location is great as well. I will mention there are a lot of stairs to climb. To get to the top floor from the ground floor is a total of 55 stairs. The house is very new and up to date with a pool and a hot tub as a nice bonus. I will mention that there are no included amenities for going to the beach, ie chairs, umbrellas, mats, toys. It seems that most of the time when we rent a place that is close to the beach, these things are included. Also they do not include any shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or body wash. We had to go out of our way to get these items. We stay in a lot of short term rentals and this is the first time these basics were not included. Not the end of the world, but something to mention for sure. Overall it is a great place that can accomodate a large group without feeling cramped. The decks on every level are really nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Great experience for multi-family stay!

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break vacation! The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group’s needs, with plenty of comfortable sleeping options for everyone. The layout is great and the beds were very cozy.Location wise, it’s hard to beat. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the beach is literally right across the street. Publix is less than a mile away, making grocery runs super convenient and it’s easy to explore Destin and Navarre Beach sides. Do be aware that traffic in that area can get heavy at times, but that’s typical when vacationing on Florida’s barrier islands. The property manager was excellent and quick to respond, very friendly and easy to work with. As for the house itself, our only wish was for more complete kitchen amenities. While the house looks like something out of a chef’s dream (even with an Italian brand oven/cooktop), it was lacking in basic cookware and essentials. The pans were worn out and no basics like spices, salt/pepper, etc. It would be a big plus to have access to staple items. The pool and hot tub were highlights and we used them daily, even after being at the beach. I highly recommend opting for the additional fee to have them heating in colder months. It was totally worth it for us! The house was very clean upon arrival, but I did rate cleanliness 4 stars out of 5 due to the visible staining on the light colored living room furniture. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but worth mentioning.

Angelfish gem

We had a wonderful stay at the Angelfish property. The location was perfect. We liked being super close to the beach with just a short walk. We also liked having a small convenience store and restaurants near by that we could walk to. There is a putt putt golf and ice cream directly across the street. We didn’t even need to rent a golf cart this year as we usually do on our yearly vacations . We had many options for bedrooms. There are 2 bunk rooms that our kids loved. We had plenty of space to sprawl out. We liked having an open concept kitchen/ Living room area. I would suggest more kitchen washcloths and towels, bowls, pots and pans, etc. We loved having 2 dishwashers! There isn’t a gas grill either. Just a charcoal grill down by the pool that we never used. We LOVED the pool and hot tub and used it every chance we could. We had it heated all week and it was wonderful. We did have some hiccups when we arrived. One of the pocket doors to a bathroom on the 2nd floor was off the tracks, the digital face of the microwave was hanging by a wire, and the 3rd floor bedroom door also didn’t close tightly. After reaching out to Callie ( she was amazing) she assured us someone would be there to fix everything. It was a few days, since Easter fell the day after the call. No big deal. They came and made things right. If you dislike climbing stairs- this is NOT the place for you. Thankfully our large families didn’t mind. We would recommend this property and definitely stay again!
