This apartment has in floor heating in the bedroom and bathroom. It has a windowed enclosed 3 season room with double doors for access to the room and another double door into the house.

There is a play area and large lawn to the south and a large front lawn to the east. Much of the area is wooded. Deer and birds, domestic and wild flourish.

Daria is the best hostess EVER! Our apartment was beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. Its a lot roomier than the photos depict. Loved the sunroom with the rocking chairs. Nestled in a wooded area, lots of deer and wildlife to watch.

Why they chose this property

This is newly renovated and opened January 2022. We are on a peninsula at Buckeye Lake with lot of parking space and streets with minimal traffic, great for walking and biking. There is bike trail around the lake and to nearby towns.

What makes this property unique

Almost 2 acres on Fairfield Beach. We host wild animals as well and chickens and guineas. We try to live green and improve our bit of the planet every day.
