This is very cool place at Storey Lake Kissimmee in Orlando.Next the lake and 5 mins Shingle Creek State Park (biking,hiking,running).8 mins to any Grocery Store (Walmart, Target,BJ's,Publix,CVS).10mins to Disney Theme Park,25 mins to ariport (MCO).
There are exactly 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a Lakeview.Outside of property and by the poolsides has surveillance devices only for security purposes.
Brand New Club House is Grand Opening , just minute from house! and Free Transportation to there.

Host was easy to talk to.. Could be a really nice place. Some things need to updated. Really not enough seating for everyone to sit in the common area. Chairs were-very worn! Not very clean. We had to buy iron and ironing board.

Nice vacation

overall a good experience, the house is close to oldtown, disney etc.. the alligators in the lake behind the house where not too big.

Storey Lake

This house was great for our vacation with multiple families, the backyard was great with no rear neighbours. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

Family trip

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed, the kids loved the game room and pool we paid the extra to have it heated, the community is really nice , we had a large group and had plenty of room! Would definitely return to this property

Great House with Plenty of Space

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had plenty of space for our large group and provided a good location for accessing the theme parks. The host was easy to communicate with.

Great stay

We had a great stay and wonderful time. It was clean, had all the necessities, and held our large group. We didn't have enough hand towels and washcloths for the bathrooms and the kitchen only came with one washcloth; however, that was our only complaint. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

Best VRBO stay ever!!!

Steven answers almost instantly, always. House was the cleanest I’ve ever rented. Perfect location, easy access, close to everything. House is very spacious, wells equipped, plenty of room for resting, playing, really amazing!!!

A perfect family spot!

We weren’t sure our trip could even happen due to hurricane Ian but Steven kept in contact with us and we loved the house. While the rest of our family could not make it we had a blast playing air hockey, table tennis, foosball and pool. The house is immaculately clean and the appliances are top notch. we would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly Surprised, warm and Inviting

I was really Surprised to see that the pictures were spot on as to what the House really looked like. Everything thing was perfect. From the comfort of the house to the closeness of everything we needed to go and do.

Awesome home

Our host Steven was awesome. He always responded in a timely manner and was very efficient with helping us. The home we rented was clean and really spacious. There was plenty space for all 21 of us and we loved it. We would definitely rent from him again

Wonderful, the Host was nice and was very helpful. But the hot tub is call a hot for a reason, it support to be hot. But we had fun.

Great home for a big family

This home was very spacious and up to date. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The TV's were all set for Netflix which was very nice. My family loved the game rooms in the house and they loved the pool as well! Mr.. Steve was great to respond when we needed to ask questions. My family and I had a great time together in this nice home. I would recommend it to anyone needing a big home for vacation!

Spacious and nice

Great size and location. The house was lacking a lot of things in the kitchen that we are used to having in most rentals like spices, gas for the grill, more than one roll of paper towels and dishwasher liquid. There were also no hand towels in the kitchen. The stay was good and the house was clean.

Perfect location, gorgeous property

I am very pleased to write some words about my recent experience in this property. The location is fantastic 30 min from Universal and Icon park, Steven always available to attend us anytime. I have been in many trips and always carrying on with me my own sheets and towels. This is the first time that I slept with the sheets of the house. The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained. I was speechless. The pictures don’t give it a full credit. I will recommend this property for anyone willing to visit Orlando, 5 star.

Nice house but overall experience was disappointing

This property was in a convenient location and had a nice layout and was very clean. The household supplies were bare bones. We were provided with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag and minimal kitchen equipment. We had to purchase A LOT of extras!! To use the bbq we had to pay $90 for a propane tank that was delivered less than a quarter full. These properties practically sit on top of each other so you had better enjoy your neighbors and their rental guests. Our nextdoor neighbors partied until 3 a.m. each night and were so loud no one slept. There were no check-in or check-out instructions. After leaving the house very clean and being responsiblehouse guests, we were just charged $30 for a pillow...

Thank for staying with us, there is a "welcome guide" every house instruction is there, this house rules has a "quite time" 11pm--7am, i don't know the other rental property .There is baby formula stain on the pillow can't wash out, i have been waited for 2days, the housekeeping tried their best.

Anniversary Family Trip

We rented this property for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary celebration. There were 17 people total and the house was the perfect size for our group. The check-in process was well organized with good directions. The house was clean although in need of a deep cleaning of the walls and doors. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. The showers don’t have much water pressure. The pool and spa heating system wasn’t working for part of our stay. Steven was helpful in getting it fixed but we weren’t able to use the spa and pool simultaneously because of how the heating system is set up. Not really worth the $45/day that we paid to have it heated. The pool table and game room were a hit with everyone. The community is quite crowded but quiet. There is garbage littered throughout the lawns. I’m guessing bigger garbage bins would solve the problem of the birds picking open the bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even though the house has its quirks.

Great property love the house but we paid for the pool to be heated which it wasnt spoke to the property manager multiple times since the first day the day we leave he send the pool guy over and says someone broke the heater parts which I have been coPlaning about the cold pool since day one I asked for a refund because we paid for a service we didn’t get and I hope he doesn’t think we messed with the parts because why would we do that asked for the refund and was left on read

Thanksgiving 2022 w/17+people

Very clean and roomy home. It could truly use more towels and better quality, more trash cans in bathrooms. Having a notebook with directions on the use of the spa, pool heater, washer/dryer and trash situation would be extremely helpful. Add iron and iron board (we went out and purchased). The location is excellent although we were surprised at how the house was very much like apartment buildings in the closeness. The owner Steven was amazing and very prompt in concerns about pool/spa. Great with communications. I highly recommend this property. Lots of room, bathrooms, comfortable beds and outside noise free. Will look into staying again as this is a yearly visit to Orlando for our ever-growing family of 17 people.
