Entire condominium at Waterside Village! Newly remodeled from hurricane Michael. Beautiful view of pool and canal from the balcony! 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Very short walk to beach. Best pool in Mexico Beach! Must be 25 years old to book.
Day dock is available for boats but per HOA rules you can't park boat and/or trailer in parking lot.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Stay

We were looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath single level place and this was perfect. The elevator to get to the second floor and the hand carts supplied by the elevator to help with luggage was a BIG plus. We will definitely stay here in the future if it is available.

We loved the location because we were looking for a quieter, easier going stretch of beach with plenty of good restaurants handy. Waterside exceeded our expectations and was affordable.

Pet friendly

The place was nice and roomy. Everything I was looking for. Just two caveats. In the ad it said pet friendly, that’s why I booked it. But there was a sign inside that said no pets. Nobody gave me a hard time. Also the bedroom tv’s did not have internet. The owner offered to come fix them but I told him it was not a big deal.
