The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper, fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi.

The galley kitchen is fully stocked and seats 4.

There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen.

The master bedroom is on the main floor.

The main floor bathroom is in the hallway next to the bedroom.

Upstairs is the guest bedroom that includes a comfortable queen bed, a rocker and cable TV.

We do not provide propane for the propane grill on the deck, but you can get 1-lb tanks at Walmart, Lowes, or Home Depot. The association only allows up to 2-lb tanks.

The loft bedroom is not fully enclosed. The loft bedroom does not have its own door for entry and can be seen from downstairs.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $25 pet fee.*
