The chef's dream kitchen offers an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with built-in ice maker. The kitchen features a granite island bar with barstool seating, and is supplied with plenty of cookware and dishes, flatware and glassware, as well as a toaster, coffee-maker, blender, pancake griddle, waffle maker and crock pot.

The Appaloosa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests - 2 king bedrooms and a full-over-full bunk room plus bunk beds in the loft. In the master bathroom, take a few steps up and step into a large soaking tub, surrounded by beautiful natural stone.

All 3 bedrooms feature Smart TV's, beautiful fixtures and rustic design touches. The game room loft offers a set of built-in twin bunk beds. There's another room upstairs that's enclosed with a set of queen bunk beds.

The pine forest is right at your back deck, with horseshoe pits, a gas grill, gas log fireplace and furnishings to relax and enjoy. There is a campfire ring with chairs for telling stories and roasting s'mores by the fire. Fun times with horseshoes and giant checkers will keep everyone entertained!

With advanced notice, you can place your order for your kitchen to be stocked with your favorite grocery items and fresh flowers. Beavers Bend Adventures will schedule your in-cabin massages, if requested.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean & put away all dishes and utensils
Throw away trash if left around the cabin
Take kitchen trash out to your garbage can (it's in front of the cabin by the road) (& You don't have to start a load of towels in the washer, but you can to help out the cleaning crew if you want).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside
Make sure your dogs don't have fleas or ticks when they arrive to the property. They should be treated for them at least 3 days before coming.
No pets on furniture, and if you leave a pet unattended at the cabin, they need to be crated, and don't just lock them in a room.

The house was cutely decorated for Christmas. The host was responsive upon our arrival, but not leading up to our time. The house was mostly clean (with a few stains that we quickly shared with our host, and they were responsive then). They provide soap, but not shampoo. The space worked well for our family, but there are loud neighbors (local residents) that keep their dogs kenneled outdoors and can be loud at night. Overall cute place.

We do not list that we have shampoo at our cabins and don't list that we do, and yes we always provide large bars of soap for each bathroom, and we are always available ASAP if you reach us on our business line! Picture Misleading

Listing was misleading it states sleeps 10. There are only 2 full size bedrooms with king beds. The other bedroom is less than 10’x10’ with bunk bed. My wife and I are over 55 and had to sleep on top bunk. Black pipe ladder make it very hard on us to get in and out of bed.
