Our verification process is used by all guests, and we generally haven’t encountered issues with guests completing it. However, that does not take away from the difficulties you experienced. We’ll look into what happened with the verification process, the repeated requests from different agents, and the communication surrounding your rental agreement so we can better understand where our support fell short.
