EVERYTHING IS JUST BEACHY
This spacious well decorated condo has an extra large lani facing a creek and mangrove. Enjoy your peaceful morning sipping coffee and listening to the birds and watching for wildlife: fox, bobcat, rabbits, turtles and yes gators. Luckily you are on the second floor. We are situated in a lush community that features many pools, gym, tennis, pickle ball, and disc golf all for your enjoyment. The legacy bike/walk trail that goes from Venice up to Sarasota runs parallel to the complex. We are 2 miles from Venice beach a short bike ride and 1 mile to quaint downtown Venice with it's many shops. There are numerous great restaurants nearby including a number of them on the water for those spectacular sunsets. If you enjoy cooking we have just remodeled the kitchen with new appliances and granite. Come to paradise and stay a while. We would love to host you!
