The delightful space features 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, giving guests flexibility. The open concept Dining/Living area has soaring vaulted ceilings for a light and airy feel inside. A screened lanai runs the full back of the condo and has glass doors to access the living room and both bedrooms. The front patio is another delightful spot to have morning coffee and overlook the pond. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer inside the lanai closet. The popular Bird Bay community is just a few minutes to historic downtown Venice and its beautiful beaches, restaurants, theater and shops. Bird Bay features multiple pools, pickle and tennis courts, a fitness room, and lots of activities. The Legacy biking/walking trail that goes from Venice to Sarasota is easily accessible. The community is beautifully maintained and lovely to walk or bike around the ponds, and lush trees and flowers. We would love to host you and think our place will help you experience everything Venice has to offer.
