Lovely house with 3 bedrooms 5 beds plus sleeper sofa available per request and 2 full bathrooms, heated pool and two car garage. House is in a great location near shopping plazas, restaurants and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running and more. You will have short distance to Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, Starbucks and a lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area....you can walk to the First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Beals and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3 miles drive to Sharky's on the Pier or only about 4 miles away from the Venice Beach. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio area around the pool is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. Board games, a gas grill, and more at your disposal.

Perfect Getaway for families, couples and friends. Pets are welcome with additional pet fee. This home will make you happy and relaxed. It's very comfortable. You will love it....

This was such a great house!!!Our kids loved the pool and couldn’t wait to get home to swim. The bedrooms were nice and I loved having a true master suite. We never really considered the garage a must in our trips but this year with sifting and beach stuff it was so nice to have it. Anna was very easy to work with

The house was great. Nice neighborhood & close to what you need (food and beach). The shark tooth rake and sifters were an unexpected treat! Lots of pool/beach towels and appreciate laundry detergent being available. The pool was perfection, just have to be VERY CAREFUL walking on the deck by the pool. Once it’s wet it is like skating on ice. Highly recommend adding hooks or towel holder close to the stairs. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Just no comments to your ridiculous review. You left mess, dirty towels in makeup and dirty floor in the house and around the pool like nobody before. I have the same pavers in my pool area and they are safe. I don't have any idea why are you so rude and put this in your review, because nobody never complained about this. Don't book Wavy Palms never again.

Adorable house close to beaches

Quiet neighborhood that was centrally located. The home owner was extremely nice and the home was immaculate. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home!

Anna's home is just beautiful. Every room has been updated and is perfect for vacationing. The pool area is gorgeous and Anna was responsive to any questions.We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

Great house for family!

The house is clean, well stocked, comfortable, and short distance from the beach. My kids really enjoyed the pool and fishing in the canal out back.

Will Stay There Again!

The house was charming and we enjoyed the few days while there. We have family in the area and we have already decided we will rent this home again. The owner was wonderful to work with and replied to questions/requests very quickly.

Perfect 4-night stay

We stayed at this house for 4 nights to attend a family funeral in Venice. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool is a plus. The location met our needs perfectly.

Great house

Our family stayed in this house for spring break. Great house - nice layout with enough comfortable sleeping options for everyone. Good common areas as well. Pool was great - clean & warm. Kids stated that it was their favorite vacation house that we’ve stayed in!
