Family villa with pool, 15 min. from the beach in sunny Southern France

For your holidays I propose a beautiful family villa with swimming pool, ideally located in Castelnau-le-Lez, 15 minutes from the beach of Carnon, 10 minutes from the shops, a few minutes walk from a playground but in a very quiet area.

To cook your meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, large fridge and all you need to cook including a big variety of spices available.

For your meals you have the veranda in which you can open all the windows to be in the shade but have small drafts when it is hot.

Then you have the entrance, then the living-dining room with Wii console and a multitude of Wii games available. You will also have Netflix to watch a movie in the evening or so the kids can watch a cartoon when they come home from the beach or a day out.

Next to the living room you will have a work area with a desk for those who have to work a little during the holidays.

Then you will find a bedroom with a large double bed of 180x200 cm.

Next to the bedroom there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, bath and bidet.

Then you can go down the stairs to discover the ground floor with 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 140x200 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 180x200 cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140x200 cm double high bed ), separate toilets and a bathroom with bidet and bathtub. You can also access the laundry room and the garage where you will have a gym at your disposal for those who want to take advantage of the holidays to play sports.

Outside you will discover the terrace with the gas barbecue-plancha for convivial moments around the barbecue, the swimming pool and the garden with the relaxation area with the hammock to read a book or take a nap, as well as the cage football for football lovers.

You will also have board games and books available for quiet moments with the children.
