Located right across from a bar and restaurant. Less than 1/2 mile to public boat and lake access. 11 mins by car to City Beach in Clear Lake, less then 1.5 miles to Mcintosh woods state park, and just a 9 minute walk to Ventura Marsh Access. Close to all that Clear Lake has to offer.
