Beautiful property, very responsive host. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Everything was clean, organized, and worked. I did not need much, as I was not staying there most of the day. For nights it was very comfy. I had to buy water for filtered water, but I didn’t really ask the hosts if there was filtered water at all. A brita or something like that would be a plus. Laundry worked great as well. The bed sagged a bit on edges so I had to sleep in the very center to feel steady, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Overall exactly the place I needed.

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful home. It was very clean. The owner thought of everything! We really enjoyed the pool. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation rental.

This property is probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We were all very impressed with that. Safe neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. We had an early morning flight out of Punta Gorda and so it’s proximity to the airport was perfect.

That place is awesome ! Highly recommend. Clean, beautiful, with all that you need and more. Excellent and quickly communication with property manager. I’ll be back many times for sure! 😁

We had the best time Lester is amazing we had to extend twice and he was so accommodating, I will definitely stay there again. Anybody looking for a great vacation home stay with Lester you won't be disappointed. Oh and the house is great nice and quiet and clean and private.

We only stayed three days in Punta Gorda and this place is so close to everything! Fully stocked with everything you need and CLEAN! Don't miss the Fisherman's village that is only 3 miles away. Best food we've had in Florida was at the Captains table and Harry's Dockside had a great atmosphere with banks and fun games for kids to play with amazing sunsets. Great communication by Owner. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect stay, Jane is a great host. Would have liked to interact more with Jane but the property was so good there was no need. Punta Gorda is a great location for pickleball, golf, eating and socializing. Hopefully we can make it back in 2022.
