Cosy cottage located just minutes away from downtown historic Punta Gorda on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast.
This home is the perfect getaway to relax, unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is nestled on a large property surrounded by trees, a pond, other cottages, sounds of nature and the occasional tooting of a train horn.
Bring your family or friends and come enjoy our little piece of paradise. The entire home is available for you to use including the backyard.
Please keep in mind that we live on the property so you may see us outside sometimes but we respect your privacy and will do our best to ensure you are comfortable and undisturbed during your time there.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
NO PETS ALLOWED!! There will be an extra $200 charge per night for any animal inside the house. Guests with service animals please see *NOTES* in the description section before booking.
NO SMOKING-A cleaning fee of $300 will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping.
Homeowner will not be liable for accidents in the pond so please NO FISHING, SWIMMING OR BOATING. Property uses septic tanks so please nothing except toilet paper should be flushed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
