This detached and modern villa has a beautiful heated pool on request (up to 25 ° out of season). The interiors of this villa are pleasantly furnished and it is located within walking distance of the pretty center of Creissan, where you can buy your croissants for breakfast. The property is fully fenced and you will especially appreciate the outdoor areas of this inviting vacation home, which are very much designed for relaxing. An ideal place to relax is the terrace overlooking the pool. The interior is decorated in pastel tones and features modern furniture and a beautiful parquet floor. The villa is ideally located in the heart of the Languedoc, not far from the Mediterranean Sea. Less than an hour away are magnificent places worth visiting: the Canal du Midi, its locks and its shady banks, the Cathar town of Minerve, the abbey of Fonfroide, dating from the 11th century, the towns of Pézenas, Béziers, Roquebrun, Gruissan, Lamalou-les-Bains, real jewels of architecture.
