Two queen beds, one pull out queen size couch. Year round activities, skiing/boarding at WP & Granby Ranch, trails, mt Bike, and fishing. Snow Mtn Ranch, Grand Lake, RMNP and Hot Sulphur Springs. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Disinfecting Professional Housekeeping Service.

Perfect Location

Loved the proximity to Grand Lake, Winterpark, and RMNP. This property housed my family (3 teens, 2 adults) perfectly.

This was great spot for a one night stay (for 3 single guys), but not very conducive to anything longer. We enjoyed the balcony and the loft layout. The unit itself was clean and well kept, however the building as a whole needs some serious updating, but the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We liked the close proximity to a grocery store.
