The front desk folks at check-in were friendly and helpful. The hosts are gracious and helpful and the room is nicely kept and appointed. It was exactly what we needed for a nice stay in Grand County for a night away from the city. Really appreciate Jerome and Melanie.

My stay was extremely relaxing as Granby is quieter than most towns close to RMNP. There are plenty of activities to enjoy. As far as the property and room, the room was clean. The bathroom tub/shower could be updated. There was some wear/mold on the shower and a small hole behind the bathroom door. The property offers a pool, restaurant and laundry on site.Overall, I would recommend this property if you are an outdoor person. Great areas to explore and come back to a nice, clean room. The hosts were very communicative too.

Pool / hot tub facility was spacious and clean. The onsite restaurant had great food and attentive staff. Close to Granby Ranch ski resort (5-10 min). Room amenities all worked fine (thermostat, TV with streaming video, microwave, mini-fridge).

Great stay

Perfect place for a quick getaway. Not huge, but we were busy enough we weren’t there much! Just like a hotel room. Great location, and easy to access Granby, Grand Lake, Winter Park, and Fraser. Only about 35 minutes to the National Park! Highly recommend!

The room was very small. We had difficulty opening the information about the accomidations. Finally had to call the owner to get directions. It was quite a ways out of town. Restaurant and bar were not open, so we had to go back into town to get dinner.
