Very nice small house, nicely decorated. There was all we needed for our stay. House is alarm secured. Washing machine and tumbler available which worked excellently. Nice and swift contact to the landlord. If we ever come back to Little Rock we would consider to stay there again.
Property owner was two hours late and giving me the code to get in very inconvenient for my 7 Hour Drive there
This property list a queen size bed which it doesn’t have it has a queen size frame with a full size mattress unsuitable for two people And all beautiful place great location
I couldn’t say one bad thing about this place. It was the absolutely cutest little house. Very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved it and recommend it to anyone looking to stay small! The host was awesome and answered fast! Check in was so easy and check out was also very easy. I give this a 10/10. Nicest house in a sketchy neighborhood! Very good parking too. Fenced backyard too!
I want to give this cute little house a great review but there were a few things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Check in information was not shared on time & I had to call for it, it was fixed promptly. The house has very long grass in desperate need of mowing with broken glass in the backyard. The worst thing though was a full bathroom trash can & dirty towels on the hamper when we arrived making us very concerned that the house & sheets had not been cleaned Ed before our arrival. We also found a child’s toy & glass left behind. I truly think my clea i g fee should be refunded because we had to clean the house before staying there
I rated this property at 2 stars. 1 star for being where I needed it to be, and the 2nd star because the property owner honored the booking and did not price gouge for the eclipse.
With that being said, the property has some issues, but great potential. It is at the southern edge of the historic district. Beautiful homes in one direction, rough area in the other.
The yard was a huge problem. The grass was so high, the backyard was unusable. Knee to waist high. Not exaggerating.
There were no drinking glasses and only 1 coffee mug. Take turns with morning coffee?
Cleanliness was ok, just don’t look up in the bathroom.
Lots of other little things that are needed to take it from “ok”, to “great place to stay”. It has potential.
