Cozy spot in a quiet neighborhood that was simple and adaptable to our young family. The driveway access is a definite plus, especially if you’re coming in the winter. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on future visits!

Came to Buffalo for the Bills game with my brothers (adults) and nephews (teens). The rental was as advertised. It is pretty cozy, but we didn’t spend much time there as we were out and about. Will stay there again for games in the future!

This place was great! The house is fully done and refurbished with modern amenities and is really nice inside. I was afraid that this was gonna be a tight squeeze for six people with one bathroom, but it worked out perfectly! Beds were comfy, and the hosts were super helpful and accommodating. I so appreciated them offering recommendations of places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot if you're looking for a nice place to stay with great amenities. Can't say enough about this place and the house. We were really happy with this purchase and encourage others to consider this place :)

Excellent stay in south Buffalo

A group of friends and I stayed at this house with our dogs so I could show them around my hometown. The house had lots of room, and a perfect yard for the dogs. Communication with hosts was easy and we had no issues!

A wonderfully quiet and clean house!

This home is extremely inviting, warm, and comfortable. Easy commute to Niagara Falls State Park. Good restaurants and pizza places near by. Very relaxing backyard with gas grill and furniture. We had a very relaxing and great vacation.

This house was perfect for our group of 5! We came to the area for the Luke Combs concert and stayed Friday to Sunday. I got a lot of communication about the property, rules and check in, it was seamless! The guest portal was extremely helpful, all of the information we needed was just a click away. The house was clean and tidy, the neighborhood was quiet. There were even restaurant recommendations waiting for us when we arrived. Doc Sullivan’s was great!

perfect little house

This house was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs for a hockey weekend! Very clean, no issues or problems, great location to access main routes,the dogs loved running around and playing in the yard. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.The owner was awesome. we needed to stay a little longer than our checkout time and she was able to accommodate us with an xtra hour which helped. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice home away from home

We were here for 1 month visiting friends and family. The house was well appointed and accommodated our 2 dogs as well. We brought a lot of kitchen stuff anticipating our needs . We had everything except a cheese grater but we got by without it . Fence in the back was adequate to hold our beagles but had some holes - which the dogs rather enjoyed. The neighbors were pretty nice . One odd thing was across the street there was a house with political statement/vulgarity in the window- for the first week. thankfully the sign came down after 1 week . Very walkable to grocery / drug store/ dollar store. Nice full basement with washer dryer and a large folding table which we used a lot . Plenty of room for it in the living room. We used the upstairs sleeping area once and it was comfortable for our guest. You may need to look up google thermostat to figure out how to control the A/C. Overall a great property for long term stay, good location , modern/ working appliances.

This cape is located just 7 minutes from Key Bank Center in Downtown Buffalo and 16 minutes from Highmark Stadium! Whether is be a Bills, Sabres, Bandits, or Bisons game- or even a concert, we are nice and close!

With the city's revival, many new restaurants and brewery's have opened in the last few years. There's nothing like Buffalo eating!

Stop and check out Canalside where the Explore & More Children's Museum and Buffalo Naval Park are located.

There's nothing like a Buffalo sunset over Lake Erie.

If you'd like to take a day trip to Niagara Falls, it's a straight shot away- only 31 minutes
