Great location, plenty of room. However, we had to call the Landlord and get some ice and more dishes and more hangers, which they provided. The place was a pretty good value however we left a punchlist of about 15 things they should address as far as fixing and cleaning some things that would make it on par with our prior VRBO Rentals.

House was not dirty BUT very creepy!!! The people renting property are next door which made me uncomfortable. They came walk to property when we got there which made me very uncomfortable. The house was not what I expected at all and the basement is creepy as hell. We didn’t stay! We left to go stay on the Canada side of Niagara Falls. The house and location are not what I expected at all.

The host was extremely responsive in dealing with the gas fireplace that was not easy to work. He came right over with his wife and daughter and we worked together to fix!

The house is very clean and rooms are freshly painted. All three bedrooms are comfortable. It has a complete kitchen and a dining room that seats 6. The location is great. Duff’s (an iconic wings spot) is with in a mile, the airport is within 10 mins, Orchard Park is about 20 mins depending on Bill’s traffic and Niagara Falls is less than an hour away. When we needed something, our host responded right away and helped us out. Check in is a breeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Property not clean. Bathrooms were not adequately cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Bedsheets were dirty and glitter and hair found in sheets. Had to find another property to stay in soon after check in.

Its not the Ritz, but had a good stay at this house for 4 nights. It was clean and had soap, toothbrushes and towels if needed. Also dishes and paper towel in the kitchen. Beds where comfortable. Neiborhood is good and near Walmart, shopping and food. Sure beat staying at a hotel!
