Tucked into an exclusive community within magnificent Mountain Village, Aspen Grove is a stunning six-bedroom home with lots of deluxe extras. Featuring grand views of the surrounding mountains and easy ski-in/ski-out access, plus nearly 6500 square feet of luxe living space, your whole family will find something to love at Aspen Grove.

With a charming exterior that’s finished in rustic stone, this beautiful home evokes the feeling of a secluded ski chalet. On the main level, the GREAT ROOM is awe-inspiring, with gleaming floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the show-stopping views to take center stage. On one side of this spacious room is a LIVING AREA with a large sectional sofa and a cozy stone fireplace. There’s plenty of space within this comfortable room for everyone to curl up with a mug of hot cocoa or a glass of wine after a day on the slopes.

The other side of the great room features a custom open KITCHEN with a large L-shaped island bar. With custom cabinetry, premier Calcutta quartz countertops, and a complimentary tile backsplash, this stylish space has everything you need to prepare snacks and meals for your crew. Premier appliances include a large Wolf gas range, a panel-front refrigerator, a high-efficiency dishwasher, and a microwave. There’s also a LAUNDRY ROOM close by.

This sprawling mountain villa includes six separate bedrooms. The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE includes a super-comfy king-size bed, HDTV, walk-in closet, and an attached FULL BATHROOM with a soaking tub and separate shower. A SECONDARY BEDROOM SUITE also features a serene king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM.

In the third GUEST BEDROOM, there is a fun bunk bed that the kids will love, with a twin-over-full-size bunk. The fourth GUEST BEDROOM is a lovely suite with a queen-size bed and a loft space. The fifth GUEST BEDROOM has two beds— each full-size— and can accommodate four people. The sixth and final GUEST BEDROOM also has two beds— each a twin-size.

In addition to all this lovely living space, Aspen Grove also houses lots of extras. There’s a dedicated OFFICE SPACE with a window seat that’s a quiet spot to get some work done. Then there’s the LIVING ROOM/GAME ROOM in the lower level that features a full-size pool table and a large HDTV for family movie night. A SKI STORAGE ROOM becomes an invaluable spot to store everyone’s gear. There are also three levels of outdoor spaces— a lower PATIO just off the game room, a middle-level DECK space with a hot tub, and an upper-level TERRACE with a sunny space for alfresco dining.

With a peaceful location that allows you to truly relax and unwind, Aspen Grove also is only a short drive from the exciting village core and the gondola which will whisk you into Telluride. All this, plus easy ski-in/ski-out access in winter and close proximity to local hiking and biking trails in the warmer months.
