La Maquinilla is a typical Spanish neighbourhood where in fact tourists are not coming. The apartment is just one minute away from the main bus stop and 4 walking minutes to the Supermarket.

There are three terraces of which one sun terrace with sea-and mountain view.

The ' historical center ' with its typical fish restaurants, tapas bars and the most photographed house of Nerja - Flowerhouse Casa Charlotte - starts just 4 alking minutes away.

The famous BALCON DE EUROPA and it's beaches are no more than 10 walking minutes through the main shopping street C. Pintada.

You will enjoy the two main terraces : one next to the living room and one next to the kitchen. There is a third sun terrace on the third floor.

The apartment is on the first floor and is facing south-west and thus sunny from around 11.00 till sunset. (depending the season.)

About Nuttee Komvorn

I am Thai and my husband is a (retired) Belgian living in Nerja for more than 11 years. Nerja is our 'small Paradise.'I own and run the apartments Casa Charlotte and through the success and good comments we had to take the management from some extra well appreciated apartments such as Carabeo 2000 and now La Maquinilla (where we lived for 9 years ). We take care of our guests. But search a bit in Internet and you will see why you better come to us for a perfect vacation.

Through the high demand for properties with two and more bedrooms we left this apartment where we lived and the owner asked us to manage it for further rentals. So we are glad to can present an apartment with 3 bed rooms + a couch and thus with a capacity for 6 to 8 pax.

We take care of our guests. They feel at home and they know for whatever problem we are at their disposition. Moreover we guarantee spotless clean apartments fully equipped. If something should be missing or broken it will be immediately bought, repaired or replaced. Do some research on internet and you will see the best place at the Costa del Sol is Nerja and the best of Nerja are our apartments.

We can organise pick up service at the airport. It costs 70 Euro to pay directly to the driver. We will be in the apartment when you ar4rive, provided you have called us when you leave the airport.

Nerja apartment, No Car Needed!

This is our second stay in this particular apartment. It works well for my big family. With 4 children, 2 of which are in their teens, it is very difficult to find an apartment to fit us all. This place is in close walking distance to the center of town, a few steps to the main bus station and situated in a very quiet neigborhood. Quiet since it is mostly locals that live in the area. None of the noise of the more touristy area in town. The biggest plus is our very sweet and nice landlords, Frans and Nuttee. They are very intuitive and caters to any demands of their visitors.

Wonderful time at La Maquinnilla!

Our family just returned from Spain, where we spent a wonderful time at La Maquinnilla apartment in Nerja. Frans and Nuttee were lovely hosts, very helpful with all details, and everything was exactly as described: in a residential neighborhood, 10-minute walk from the beaches and other attractions, away from the tourist area. We actually preferred this location, as it is just around the corner from the main bus stop, and the walk to the beaches provided us with opportunities to explore the town rather than focus solely on the beaches. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very roomy, and a fantastic value. Frans provided several restaurant recommendations, and we enjoyed wonderful meals at three of them. We would definitely stay here again, and we provide La Maquinnilla with our highest recommendation.

Ze waren heel erg gastvrij. İn alle kamers waren airco die perfect werkte. Meer dan genoeg keukenmateriaal en beddengoed/handdoeken. Parkeerplaats vinden was moelijk maar je kon ook 300 meter verder parkeren en een heuveltje op lopen. Je hebt verschillende stranden. We hebben eentje gevonden die net niet op de info kaart stond met genoeg parkeerplek waar je met de auto in 5 minuten ben. We hebben heel fijne week gehad begin augustus 2017 met 4 kinderen. Zeker een aanrader. Nogmaals was het een super huisje met vriendelijke gastheer/vrouw. Hopelijk volgend jaar weer.
